Jackson focuses his practice on defending large and small businesses against personal injury lawsuits in state and federal court. From catastrophic injuries to fatal trucking accidents, Mr. Huffstetler has handled high-profile and complex cases from early in his career. In his relatively short time as a licensed attorney, Mr. Huffstetler argued and defeated a Motion for Summary Judgment in the Western District of Texas, deposed several expert witnesses, and mediated dozens of cases for his clients.
Before law school, Jackson studied Finance at St. Edward’s University. Jackson’s business background allows him to provide economical litigation strategies tailored to his clients’ particular legal needs. After college, Jackson attended Baylor Law School because of its reputation for producing some of the best trial attorneys in the country. At Baylor, Jackson was named to the Dean’s List and excelled in the school’s renowned advocacy program. During his summers, Jackson served as judicial intern to Federal Magistrate Judge, Jeffery C. Manske, in the Western District of Texas Waco Division, and as law clerk for the Texas Water Development Board in Austin, Texas.
Born and raised in Houston, Jackson is committed to helping the individuals and businesses of his community solve challenging legal problems with successful, cost-effective, solutions.
