Webinar

Upon completion of this course, the attorney/adjuster should have an understanding on the hot topics that impact fine art insurance considerations. The attorney/adjuster should be familiar with social/political issues, the sentimental value of artwork, weather-related issues and art investments issues. Finally, the attorney/adjuster should know the Texas Statutes relating to fine art issues. Texas legislature has recognized that works of fine art deserve special consideration.  These statutes could involve art insurance issues if a claim is made with respect to loss associated with debt satisfaction efforts.
