This will be a mutli-state overview of state workers' compensation systems. The webinar will educate attendees regarding the goals and purpose of the workers' compensation system as well as the exclusivity of jurisdiction. This presentation will include a discussion on tort immunity and occupational diseases versus degenerative conditions. Additionally, this topic will enhance attendees' knowledge and understanding of recent trends in workers' compensation litigation.
