Biography

As an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Diana’s practice focuses on professional liability and employment defense litigation. Diana represents licensed professionals against claims of professional negligence, malpractice, and breach of fiduciary duty. Diana also represents employers in various labor and employment matters including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act.

Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Diana’s litigation practice focused on insurance defense, defending commercially insured clients in personal injury, products liability, construction defect, and breach of contract matters.

A zealous advocate, Diana’s involvement includes all stages of litigation, from inception to resolution.  Diana is committed to open and effective communication with her clients, ensuring they are apprised of case developments.
