As an associate in Thompson Coe’s insurance coverage and litigation practice group, Conor represents primary and excess insurers nationwide on questions of coverage and claims handling. He regularly handles coverage issues arising under a variety of insurance policies, including commercial general liability, commercial property, commercial automobile, cyber liability, errors and omissions, directors & officers, fiduciary liability and employment practices liability. His practice focuses on advising insurance companies on coverage-related matters, including coverage determinations, claims handling, settlement negotiations, and bad faith avoidance. Additionally, Conor counsels his clients in matters of policy contract rights and obligations, Stowers’ liability and settlement and allocation issues involving single and multi-carrier cases in areas of liability, umbrella and excess coverage. He also represents insurers in federal and state court litigation involving contractual and extra-contractual claims.
Before joining Thompson Coe, Conor worked in the insurance coverage and litigation practice group at a national law firm and handled commercial director and officers and financial institutions claims at a global insurer.
