Biography

Clint W. Chase has extensive civil trial experience and concentrates primarily on first-party litigation but has also represented clients in a variety of business and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Mr. Chase worked for a major insurance carrier on their first-party insurance docket and handled cases from inception to jury trial. He also practiced as an attorney for a corporate law firm representing banks, lenders, servicers, and investors. Mr. Chase has handled an array of litigation and legal matters, representing the interests of corporate and individual clients on complex issues, transactions, agreements, and lawsuits. Additionally, for many years, he ran his own law firm where he worked with  individuals and businesses on corporate formations, Articles of Incorporation, and Joint Venture litigation.

Mr. Chase has been involved in all aspects of litigation concerning probate, real property, commercial property, contracts and business disputes.
