Biography

Aaron Lozano is an associate who works with the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices. He maintains a diverse practice litigating cases involving personal injury, insurance coverage, construction defects, professional liability, and labor & employment.

While attending law school at The University of Texas, Aaron performed well in numerous oral advocacy competitions including the Elliot Cup Regional Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition, Gibbs and Bruns Intramural Moot Court Competition, National Latino Law Students Association Moot Court Competition, and the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Competition. He also put his developing legal skills to practical use as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic and as a volunteer at legal advice clinics. Additionally, Aaron expanded his litigation aptitude by interning with Judge Tony Davis in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas.

Before attending law school, Aaron studied Philosophy and Business Administration at Texas A&M University. In his down time, Aaron keeps up with Texas A&M athletics and is an avid fan of the San Antonio Spurs. He also enjoys sampling local restaurants and is currently striving to achieve the perfect medium-rare steak.
