Overview

In addition to extensive first chair trial experience trying lawsuits before juries and trial judges, Mike Yanof has comprehensive experience handling appeals throughout Texas appellate courts and the Texas Supreme Court. He has argued dozens of cases in Texas appellate courts, including numerous cases of first impression before the Texas Supreme Court. Mike is also routinely hired by trial counsel and parties to assist in pre-trial and trial proceedings to position cases for mandamus or appeal. He is also hired by clients to file amicus briefs on important issues in Texas appellate courts, including before the Texas Supreme Court.
