Kayli Ragsdale’s practice focuses on civil litigation in a wide variety of areas, including construction law and labor and employment relations. In construction matters, she represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in a number of complex, multi-party cases. In labor and employment matters, Kayli represents employers and their leadership in discrimination and retaliation lawsuits and charges of discrimination, wage claims, suits for breach of contract and various employment-related torts, and suits for violation of state and federal statutes, such as the FLSA, the FMLA, WARN, and the Texas workers’ compensation retaliation statute.
Kayli joined the firm after graduating from Baylor University School of Law. While in law school, Kayli was a member of the Order of the Barristers and volunteered with the Baylor Law Veterans Clinic.
Prior to her legal career, Kayli was a Peace Corps Volunteer, serving in Benin, Africa from 2013-20-15.
