Adam P. Taylor joined Thompson Coe as an associate in 2019. His current principal area of practice is civil litigation in state and federal court, with an emphasis in products liability, premises liability, toxic tort, trucking, and personal injury.
Prior to joining Thompson Coe, Adam worked as an associate in a prominent Austin firm with a primary focus on products liability, personal injury, FELA, and toxic tort litigation. Over the course of his legal career, Adam has successfully litigated numerous cases to settlement or verdict.
In 2015, he received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from South Texas College of Law. During his time in law school, Adam served as the President of the Student Bar Association and was a varsity mock trial advocate competing in numerous mock trial competitions across the country. Adam achieved several awards and accomplishments while in law school, including: Southern Regional Champion of the American Association of Justice Trial Advocacy Competition for 2014 and 2015. Upon graduation, Adam was awarded the South Texas College of Law Outstanding Male Graduate Award, the Dean’s Outstanding Advocate Award, and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers. Adam also served as a Briefing Attorney at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals from 2015 to 2016.
