3-5 year Insurance Coverage and Litigation Associate - Austin Office
Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP seeks Insurance Coverage & Litigation Associate for its Austin office.  The position principally involves handling first-party bad faith insurance litigation and coverage matters.  The docket includes both catastrophe litigation (wind, hail, hurricane) and non-weather related litigation (theft, fire, water leaks).  Candidates should have a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure, as well as experience with depositions, hearings, and insurance coverage.  Excellent advocacy and writing skills are a must.  MDL experience is a plus.  Candidates with 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience preferred.
