Overview Bill Mennucci has significant experience defending product designers, manufacturers, and sellers in personal injury and wrongful death cases, both at the trial and appellate levels. Bill currently handles all appellate aspects of trial as part of the trial team, including pre-trial motions, expert witness motions, evidentiary issues, preservation of error, directed verdicts, jury charge, and post-trial motions.
While Bill’s primary focus is automotive products liability cases, he has also handled many commercial, environmental, premises liability, class action, and “toxic tort” cases during his career. |

- Represented one of the largest private security companies in the United States in appeal of adverse multi-million dollar judgment involving sexual assault of shopping mall patron. Secured favorable settlement for client after briefing was completed and just before oral argument.
- Represented automobile manufacturer in appeals resulting in favorable published opinions in areas of economic loss doctrine, products liability evidence, and expert witnesses in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio Courts of Appeals.
