Overview
Steven M. Augustine devotes his practice to representing companies and individuals in cases involving negligence, personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death. Steve also defends personal and commercial lines insurance carriers in coverage disputes.
Previously, Steve represented the Texas Department of Insurance in enforcement actions involving property and casualty carriers, and as such, has a firm understanding of Texas’ insurance regulatory landscape.
