- Defended corporate defendant as second chair attorney in jury trial involving a premises defect claim resulting in a complete defense verdict.
- Defended corporate plaintiff as first chair attorney in a bench trial involving a breach of contract resulting in a verdict award of all damages sought; verdict was upheld on appeal.
- Defended corporate defendant as first chair attorney in a bench trial involving claim for recovery of over $200,000 in fees under a municipal ordinance resulting in a complete defense verdict.
- Defended workers’ compensation insurer in a bad faith jury trial resulting in amicable settlement during the appeal process.
- Obtained summary judgment for workers’ compensation insurer in federal court on bad faith case relating to handling of workers’ compensation claim.
