Roshanak Khosravi’s practice is devoted to the defense of insurance agents on errors and omission claims as well as the defense of lawyers against legal malpractice claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and grievance complaints. Roshanak also has substantial experience representing escrow/closing agents, title companies, real estate agents, appraisers, and other professionals in malpractice actions.

• Obtained summary judgment for prominent Dallas law firm on a legal malpractice claim in which Plaintiffs claimed the law firm mishandled the underlying child custody case.
• Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a bonding agent on a school construction project. Plaintiff contended bonding agent misrepresented its ability to obtain final payment and performance bonds.
• Obtained summary judgment on behalf of insurance agent in multi-million dollar suit in which Plaintiff alleged Insurance Code violations, violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, violations of the Texas Securities Act, statutory fraud, common law fraud, negligent misrepresentation and negligence based on sale of annuities. Plaintiff sought economic, exemplary, and mental anguish damages, as well as pre and post judgment interest, court costs and attorney’s fees.
• Obtained dismissal of grievance filed with the Texas State Bar regarding underlying corporate bankruptcy litigation.
• Obtained dismissal of grievance filed with the Texas State Bar regarding underlying divorce proceeding.
• Obtained dismissal of grievance filed with the Texas State Bar regarding underlying probate/estate planning matter.
• Obtained dismissal of grievance filed with the Texas State Bar regarding bankruptcy litigation.
