Overview Robin B. Seckel has 25 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation, with an emphasis on pre-trial investigations, discovery management, written discovery, electronic discovery, document reviews and document productions in mass tort and product liability litigation.
Since 1999, Robin has served as Texas discovery counsel for a Fortune 100 company involved in mass tort litigation, including asbestos and silica cases, and has managed all discovery directed to the company in cases throughout the state.
Robin is a critical asset to Thompson Coe’s discovery practice, working with our clients and their respective trial teams to identify the client’s strongest position and the information, documents and electronic data needed to support that position during the litigation and at trial. By structuring the process to identify the critical information and documents during the early stages of litigation, Robin and our discovery team eliminate the costly communication issues at the root of most discovery problems. |
