Overview Rebecca J. Chartan represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including matters involving discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, workers’ compensation, family and medical leave policies, wage and hour disputes, employment torts, and other legal issues arising in the workplace.
Rebecca also has experience defending physicians, hospitals, and health care professionals in lawsuits involving medical malpractice, as well as experience defending products and premises liability matters. In addition, Rebecca served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted a broad range of criminal matters. |
