Overview Lynn Moran Meyer currently serves as the National Discovery Counsel for a major corporation involved in mass tort litigation concerning hundreds of products. Her experience also includes participation as a trial attorney coordinating the defense of several original equipment manufacturing companies in all phases of product liability and complex mass tort litigation including the management of discovery of thousands of cases. |

- Participated and chaired trials (bench and jury) in the product arena as well as insurance coverage.
- Extensive deposition experience and has argued critical motions on behalf of her clients.
- Advised clients on all aspects of discovery and the discovery process including the changes to the federal rules of civil procedure regarding electronic discovery and the complicated issues presented by these changes.
- Expanded her discovery expertise to include expertise in e-discovery and has attended and participated in several discovery conferences including the certification program sponsored by Kroll Ontrack.
