Overview Tito Garza focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing insurers in contractual disputes and cases involving allegations of bad faith, insurance code violations and deceptive trade practices. He also defends insurers in matters arising from catastrophic events, including windstorms, floods and hurricanes.
Tito previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas and has a significant amount of trial experience in Federal Courts along the Gulf Coast of Texas.
