Overview Jason G. MacKenna's practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims in the areas of commercial general liability, commercial property and auto liability coverage. Jason regularly counsels insurers on these issues, and represents their interests in both state and federal court. He also has significant experience prosecuting and defending breach of contract claims between business entities in state court.
Prior to attending law school, Jason was a business consultant for Accenture, primarily assisting a number of Fortune 500 companies with outsourcing portions of their business operations. |
