Overview Danah Anthony’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and the direct representation of insurance carriers for defense and coverage issues, including claims for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, breach of contract and violations of Texas Insurance Code and Deceptive Trade Practices Act statewide. Danah regularly represents insurers in matters concerning personal and commercial lines policies, including first-party injury, property and contract claims, bad faith litigation, Stowers and other extra-contractual litigation in the third-party context, and coverage disputes.
Danah brings over 16 years of experience working in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster and claims manager to her law practice. Her experience includes claims litigation, first and third-party liability and casualty claims, automobile diminished value claims, automobile damage estimating and automobile theft and total loss claims. Additionally, Danah has testified as a corporate representative in both state and national class-action litigation.
