Christy’s practice primarily focuses on insurance coverage and defense, specifically complex, multi-party insurance coverage litigation and disputes, including bad faith and direct action coverage litigation in Louisiana. Additionally, Christy’s practice focuses on the litigation of mass tort, products liability, and premises liability cases.  Christy is licensed in Texas and Louisiana.

  • Obtained summary judgment in favor of insurer on multiple environmental property claims and bodily injury claims in the Western District of Louisiana
